Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery time
After dispatch, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier volume, weather, and peak seasons.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
- For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package size.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@astricade.com within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered but reported lost or stolen. If something goes wrong, contact us at hello@astricade.com — we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, work out a fair resolution.
