We want you to be happy with your purchase. If Astricade isn't the right fit for your yard, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To keep things fair for everyone, returns must be requested and approved before they're sent back.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@astricade.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return authorization. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back — items returned without an authorization can't be processed or refunded.

Return conditions

  • The item must be returned complete (trap and any included parts) and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).
  • We recommend a tracked shipping method — we can't refund a return we never receive.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@astricade.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement — no return needed. Minor cosmetic marks to packaging and normal wear are not considered defects.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to help. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and we can't guarantee changes.
